FAQ

Questions, answered.

Is connecting safe?

You sign in on Roblox's own page, so we never see your password. You choose which games to share, the access is read-only analytics, and you can disconnect any time.

Why connect instead of sending screenshots?

Screenshots are easy to edit, so buyers have to discount them. Numbers that come straight from Roblox let us make a firm offer, faster.

Do I have to sell?

No. Connecting only lets us see the numbers and make an offer. You decide, and you can decline.

Who can sell a game?

Its owner: the account that created it, or the owner of the group it belongs to. If the game is in a group, the group owner needs to connect it.

What happens when I accept an offer?

We agree the details in writing, then the game moves over through Roblox's official ownership transfer.

How do I disconnect?

Press Disconnect in your dashboard. It removes our access on Roblox and deletes the numbers and details you shared.

No commitment

Ready when you are.

It takes about a minute, and connecting doesn't commit you to anything.
